
I had some grilled chicken left from my other recipe Chicken Rice, so i thought hey why not some Chicken wrap? I’m changing my diet to fit my new year resolution, therefore I’m trying to eat 4 meals a day now. This chicken wrap is perfect for an early afternoon meal. Coupled with some nuts as snack, this thing can last me the whole day in school until dinner time.
Ingredients:
-Grilled chicken, hand torn into strips.
-Green bell pepper, seeds removed, cut into thin strips.
-Tomato, seeds removed, cut into thin strips.
-Avocado, mashed
-Tortilla, medium size
-Lettuce
-Salsa
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients


In a large plate, lay out one sheet of tortilla. First apply a thin layer of avocado, make sure you spread it out evenly. Then one layer of salsa. Top with veggies and chicken.





Fold one side of the sheet up.

Roll the tortilla from left to right to make one perfect roll. Use aluminum foil, wrap outside the roll to keep it tight.
