Roasted Pork 2
I know I posted a recipe for Roasted Pork before, it was one of my first few dishes. And let’s be honest, it wasn’t the best recipe. But now, I have found the perfect one. The skin is CRISPYYYYY!!! That’s it, the only thing that made roasted pork so attractive is its crispy skin. And now I figured a way to make it so so so so so CRISPY.
And by the way, sorry for being MIA. I still cook often, just that now I’m so swamped with group works, meetings and what not I hardly find time to go on tumblr. Tonight is Lunar New Year Eve and I’ll use this opportunity to post some of the recipes I have accumulated over these few months.
-1kg pork belly ( or any part with skin and fat)
-1.5 tbs sugar
-0.5 to 1 tbs Chinese five spices
-1 to 1.5 tbs salt, divided into 2 halves
