
It took me quite a while to think of a name for this dish. Inspired by a similar dish I ate when I was in boarding school, this dish carries a little Vietnamese traditional scent that could be found in many other Vietnamese dishes, lemongrass. Best serve when chicken is well cooked. By “well cook” I mean “stewed”.
Ingredients:
-0.6kg chicken leg and thigh
-3 tbs dark soya sauce
-1.5 tbs sugar
-2 tbs butter
-8 tbs fish sauce
-1 cup water
-1.5 tbs sambal (optional)
-Mushrooms
-Potatoes
-Lemongrass

Well, this recipe wasn’t exactly what you can find on the Internet, or at least I couldn’t find any that is like this. This recipe was the combination of my friends’ recipe and my own imagination, however, trust me, it was fantastic xD. Here it goes
Ingredients:
-1 kg beef
-1-2 tbs ground black pepper
-2 to 4 tbs butter
-Cooking oil
-1/2 tbs salt
- 4 tbs dark soya sauce.

- 1/16 cup white wine/ red wine
- Green bell pepper
